Hotel Kaffeemühle has really excellent location due to close vicinity of the two tram lines leading in some important directions (like Parliament, Westbahnhof for U connections, Prater, etc.). Parking garage is available at the site with very affordable 24 hour price, totally worry free if you arrive in Vienna by car.

The location is great. Very near to the underground station Burggasse Stadthalle for U6 (3-5 min. walk), with connections to many places of interest. In front of the hotel there is Tram 5 station and down the corner Tram 49 leading you to the Ring, Volkstheater. The hotel has a parking location for 19 EUR/day in Tiefgarage Lugner (an access card is to get from the hotel reception, before going into the garage, otherwise the fee is higher). The staff at the reception is very polite and helpful. There are maps of Vienna on the desk, or on a stander, close to it. The room is quite big (2 windows), very clean, having a desk, 2 armchairs, a double bed and a separate bathroom. Breakfast is served in a restaurant reachable in the groundfloor by lift. Food is excellent, wide range of products, coffee/tea, juices, meat and cheese products, fruit a.s.o.

i stayed there 2 times and the 2 times were very nice stay and the room in the second stay was more specious the breakfast was ok and variety of items , parking is down the hotel but for 19 euro / per night, very near from public transportation and Tram lines and metro , mariahilferstraße is also very near, the staff was friendly thanks to all the team , the room was quite , near to supermakets like Billa and coop

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast tasty. As we travelled in winter, it was nice to have warm floor in the room. Plus we could park the car on the street next to the hotel for free because of the holiday

The hotel's location is simply superb, with a tram to the city center just a 1-minute walk away. There are many great places to eat and a supermarket nearby. There is also a shopping street nearby, where you can buy a lot of cool things without a crowd of tourists. The room is spacious and bright, equipped with a wardrobe, nightstands, a desk, a chair, excellent lighting, and windows with good sound insulation. There's a hairdryer in the bathroom, and daily cleaning service is provided. The hotel has an elevator, although it's a bit intimidating :D The staff members are friendly and polite.

Since we are a young couple we were looking for a place with a good price/quality ratio. This hotel came to be the best option, for only 52€ we were able to have a good room right below one of the tram stops that goes to the city center. The area around is full of small food shops where you can buy food for a good price (food is expensive in Vienna).

Good place for one night. Multi level beds fit for staying with kids and with a small group. Transport options are also fine - tram and 1 train stop to the main train station(center). The breakfast was OK. It seems to have some kids corner.

The room was so spacious and clean. The hotel is located near the train station and is very accessible to the trams and other transportation because right outside the hotel is a station. In the vicinity are many restaurants and grocery stores available. Breakfast served was very good on buffet style. We booked for 3 days and 2 nights but our plans changed on the second day. We opt to cancel the 3rd day. However, all the bookings can't be changed and refunded. Overall, our stay there was very good.

Solid hotel. Good location for me, walking distance to the Stadthalle for concert. The location is also otherwise ok, not in the centre, but with very good access to trams. My single room was really large, clean, bed ok. I enjoyed the breakfast, the choice was good, large porcelain teepot available. For me ok, nice stay.
